Primary season is underway across the U.S., with voters already casting ballots in critical states like Texas and North Carolina. UA-endorsed candidate Roy Cooper won his primary and will run for North Carolina's open U.S. Senate seat in November, and pro-UA candidates won elections elsewhere around the country. The UA supports candidates from either party who stand with our members on infrastructure, labor standards, and good-paying union jobs. The UA Department of Legislative and Political Affairs is tracking these races closely as these issues continue to shape the debate. We’ll keep members informed on key races and make sure everyone has the resources they need to make their voices heard at the ballot box.
