Representataive Scott Peters, a Democrat from California’s 50th Congressional District, continues to lead the path forward in the House with his bipartisan Create Expedited Reviews to Transform American Infrastructure Now (CERTAIN) Act. The UA is working closely with our allies on both sides of the aisle and in both chambers to enact meaningful permitting reform, and the CERTAIN Act is an important step in that process. The legislation would ensure clear and fair timelines and review processes to address uncertainty and reduce unnecessary delays.
