The United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters (UA) Vote! PAC today launched a six-figure independent expenditure campaign in support of Rob Sand for Governor on broadcast TV and streaming platforms statewide. The nearly $500,000 buy will run from October 7th through October 26th.
“Rob Sand took on waste, fraud, and abuse as State Auditor – and as Governor, he’ll make sure working families like ours are given a fair shot by their elected officials. UA members work hard for a living, and we expect our elected officials to do the same. It is long past time to bring some common sense back to Des Moines,” said Russ Breckenridge, Director of Legislative and Political Affairs at the United Association.
