    Congressman Tom Suozzi is an original cosponsor of H.R. 2474, the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act, which would protect the rights of all workers to join a union and collectively bargain.

    He voted to protect the entire multiemployer pension system in H.R. 1391, the American Rescue Plan Act, which included $86 billion to protect union members’ hard-earned retirements.

    Congressman Suozzi voted for strong labor protections attached to H.R. 3684, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, which created good-paying UA jobs modernizing our nation’s infrastructure.

    And Congressman Suozzi voted to create good-paying UA jobs delivering affordable and reliable energy as part of H.R. 5376, the Inflation Reduction Act.
